More about #TampaCC

Our story

#TampaCC grew out of the Tampa Architecture Users Group started in 2007 by Tom Fuller and run by Oleg Sych and Scott Dorman through 2011.

Around the middle of 2011, we started talks with Greg Leonardo about the struggles we all faced running user groups, the challenges the community had finding out about user groups and what we could do about it. In 2012, #TampaCC was officially created and brought together the Pasco .NET users group and the Tampa Architecture users group.

From those humble beginnings, #TampaCC has grown to become a non-profit organization focused on the Tampa Bay area tech community. We host and organize the Tampa Code Camp each year as well as several smaller events throughout the year. #TampaCC also hosts a monthly Azure user group and is working hard to provide the members of the broad developer community a single and centralized resource to finding meetings, user group information, and events as well as help provide resources for all of our dedicated and passionate user group leaders.
