•Karam accumulated experience in a number of industries in the US as an Agile Advocate, Agile Coach, and as an Agile Trainer and practitioner. And priori to that as traditional PMO PMP and developer. •Earned a number of Agile certificates during his Agile transformation journey. CSP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ACP, PMP, TKP, CSPO, and CS@SP •Trained under two of the Agile thought leaders: Sally Elatta and Mike Cohn. •Karam likes to share his knowledge and learn from others by frequently speaking on Agile topics at technical conferences, companies, and PMI Chapters (and ran two chapters). •Karam also teaches Agile certification courses. •Held Adjunct Faculty / Lecturer positions at universities. •Holds a Master of Science Degree in Information Technology Management from Creighton University, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with a minor in Management and Accounting from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
